Lilly is a private, on-device meeting recorder. This policy explains what data Lilly does and does not collect.
All recording, transcription, speaker identification, and AI summarization happens entirely on your iPhone using on-device machine learning models. Nothing is sent to any server.
The only time Lilly accesses the internet is to download AI models on first launch (~3.3 GB, one time only). After download, the app works fully offline.
Lilly requests microphone access solely to record meetings. Audio files are stored locally in your app's private storage and are never transmitted.
Lilly may send local notifications to alert you when your meeting notes are ready. These are generated entirely on-device and contain no personal content.
